This is a highly detailed and accurate reproduction of a gorgeously lithographed c.1931 Christmas toy catalog. The production values are astonishing and many of the toys are quite expensive for the early part of the Great Depression. Many thanks to the Wyandotte toy expert who helped us date this catalog more precisely.

There are an incredible variety of children's toys, in its 32 pages, many of which are now valuable collectibles. I believe this catalog is similar to the "Toy Yearbook" catalogs from the 40's and 50's -- they were compiled by a consortium of toy makers and then distributed to toys store nationwide. This one was stamped Zweck-Wollenburg Company, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

We have digitally reproduced and restored our original 33-page catalog at a high resolution. The pages are printed on a heavy gloss paper reminiscent of the original. This is not a photocopy - our methods allow us to retain image clarity and depth of detail not possible with other methods of reproduction.

Its true spiral binding, unlike a comb binding, allows this book to remain unharmed when left open at the desired place. Heavy clear vinyl covers protect the front and back, and the cover image is reproduced on an even heavier weight paper than the inside pages. Our fine reproductions are already in some museum research libraries.

This reproduction catalog is meant to be a permanent reference for the collector or other interested reader.
